  Buddy’s Promise is a Dog/Cat/Bird Rescue that does not have a physical Shelter. We pride ourselves in giving our rescues the opportunity to thrive and live in Volunteer Foster homes until placement but Space is always limited. If you are Surrendering an animal that you previously adopted from Buddy’s Promise we will prioritize getting the animal into a Foster Home however we cannot guarantee immediate space in a Volunteer’s home. Buddy’s Promise volunteers will work with you as best we can.   
  
  As foster home space permits, we do take in owner surrenders.  If you can foster your pet until we can find a furever home, this helps us and your pet tremendously. If you are in need of help, please fill out the surrender form. Buddy’s Promise reserve the right to deny a surrender for any reason.   
  
  We do not have a “surrender fee”, however, we do accept and appreciate donations whether they be monetary or supply donations to help care for the animal being surrendered. Once again, we are accepting surrenders on a case by case basis for we are limited to relying on fosters and do not have a physical Shelter.  Please be patient for we are a volunteer only Rescue and all of our volunteers work other full time jobs.  We will try our best to contact you withing 3 business days to let you know if we can accept and place the animal you are surrendering. 
 
PLEASE READ AND SIGN. I, the above stated, relinquish all rights to the animal listed above. I understand that the animal listed above is my animal and that I solely have possession of the animal. By signing my name to this release, the information about the animal listed above is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that Buddy's Promise will become the legal owner of the animal, upon review and acceptance, until an adoptive home or another rescue can be found. I understand that in some incidences Buddy's Promise must euthanize an animal due to severe health or severe behavioral issues under the advice of a veterinarian.
